There are a few ways you can request support.

  • Cosmic Updates' products are delivered to you by ClickBank. CLKBANK.COM is the customer service website they provide that you can utilize directly for support. Once you open a support ticket with ClickBank they can resolve the request or forward it on to us for resolution. 

    At CLKBANK.COM, you can create an account, request a refund, request technical assistance, and chat with a customer service representative. You can also view your order history and cancel subscriptions.

Submitting A Request Through Cosmic Updates' Help Center Or Email:

• Utilizing our Help Center:
  • Log into your Cosmic Updates' Help Center account. 
    • In the Help Center, click Submit a request at the top of the page.
    • If you are in need of, you can add a CC email address to copy a user on the ticket.
    • Enter a subject and describe the issue you are experiencing.
      • As you enter a subject, a list of suggested articles in our knowledge base may appear. You can click on one of the articles instead of submitting the request. These articles can usually solve the issue, if this is not the case continue on to the next steps.
    • Add any attachments.
      • The file size limit is 7 MB.
    • Click Submit.
