When you purchase from Cosmic Updates you will receive an email containing your Receipt ID and instructions for accessing your product.
If you do not receive an email, try the following:
- If you do not receive an email containing your order within 20 minutes after purchase, please check that it was not misdirected to your spam/junk folder. Also check other folders such as Promotions and the like.
- The email containing your Receipt ID and information on accessing your product will include the following in the subject line.
- CLKBANK RECEIPT FOR ORDER #____________.
- Check your bank account to insure that your purchase did indeed go through.
- Sometimes there may be a glitch that prevented the transaction from completing.
- Ensure that you are searching in the correct email account. If you purchased using PayPal it will automatically send your order confirmation to the email connected to your PayPal account, even if you set up a different email address with Cosmic Updates.
- If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email and your bank account was charged, please contact our support team at help@cosmicupdates.com.
